Location:
We are on the 14th floor of the Renaissance Plaza in downtown Greensboro. Renaissance Plaza is on the corner of N. Elm Street where Bellemeade St. joins Summit Ave. It is a 20-story, pink granite building. There is a granite obelisk in front that is signed Renaissance Plaza, but the main entrances are signed United Guaranty and RBC Centura.
Parking
Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis in the lower level of our attached parking garage. Enter via a driveway on the south side of our building. Visitor's parking is clearly marked. Please bring your parking ticket to our receptionist to have it validated for a free exit.
Parking is also available on the opposite side of N. Elm Street in the city parking garage. Our receptionist will gladly furnish you with payment stamps for a free exit.
Driving Directions:
I-40 West From Winston-Salem:
Take I-40 East to Wendover Ave., East (Exit # 214-B)
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Wendover Ave. and cross back over I-40
Travel approximately 3.8 miles to W. Market St.
Take the W. Market St. Exit
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto W. Market St.
Follow W. Market St. approximately 2.4 miles into the downtown area
Turn left from W. Market St. onto N. Elm St.
Proceed on N. Elm St. through the next intersection (Friendly Ave.)
Renaissance Plaza is the last building in the block on the right, just beyond Center City Park
Entrance to Parking is a right turn into the alley immediately before Renaissance Plaza

Take I-40 West/I-85 South toward Greensboro
Take Exit # 131 for I-85 Business
Follow I-85 Business to E. Lee St./Hwy. 6 (Exit #128)
Exit onto E. Lee St.
Follow E. Lee St. approximately 3 miles to N. Murrow Blvd.
Turn right onto N. Murrow Blvd.
Turn left at the second light onto Friendly Ave.
Turn right at the third light onto Elm St.
Renaissance Plaza is the last building in the block on the right, just beyond Center City Park
Entrance to Parking is a right turn into the alley immediately before Renaissance Plaza

Take I-85 North to I-85 Business / PTI Airport / Greensboro (Exit #120)
Follow I-85 Business North to the Coliseum Blvd/Hwy 220 N. Exit (Exit # 122B)
Traffic merges onto Freeman Mill Rd.
Follow Freeman Mill Rd. approximately 3 miles into the downtown area.
Freeman Mill Rd. joins Edgeworth St.
Turn right from Edgeworth St. onto W. Market St.
Turn left at the third light onto N. Elm St.
Proceed on N. Elm St. through the next intersection (Friendly Ave.)

US Highway 29 From Reidsville
Take US Highway 29 South to Cone Blvd (Shopping Center) Exit
Turn right onto Cone Blvd.
Proceed on Cone Blvd. to N. Elm St.
Turn left onto N. Elm St.
Follow N. Elm St. approximately 2.3 miles into the downtown area
Renaissance Plaza is the first building on the left, just after the intersection with Bellemeade Ave.
Entrance to Parking is a left turn into the alley just after Renaissance Plaza

Exit the Airport terminal area onto Airport Pkwy.
Turn right at light, onto Bryan Blvd.
Follow Bryan Blvd, which becomes Benjamin Parkway, approximately 11 miles into downtown area.
Benjamin Parkway will merge into W. Smith St.
Continue on W. Smith St. to N. Elm St.
Turn right onto N. Elm St.
Renaissance Plaza is the first building on the left, just after the intersection with Bellemeade Ave.

US Hwy. 200 South become Battleground Ave. in Greensboro
Follow Battleground Ave. in the downtown area

Turn right onto N. Elm St.

US Hwy 421 North becomes Martin Luther King Blvd. in Greensboro

Martin Luther King Blvd. will become Davie St.
Turn left from Davie St. onto Friendly Ave.
Turn right at the first light, onto N. Elm St.
