Ashley Bennington is an associate with the firm practicing primarily in the area of family law
Ms. Bennington graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2006 from Campbell University, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Honor Society. She received her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2009. She was admitted to the Bar and joined our firm in 2009.
While at Wake Forest University, Ms. Bennington served as Chief Justice, Marshall and Recruitment Chair for Phi Alpha Delta and volunteered as a guardian ad litem in Chapter 7B, Chapter 50 and Chapter 50B cases through the Children's Law Center of Central North Carolina. Ms. Bennington is a former speaker's bureau presenter and youth education specialist with Interact of Wake County, a United Way agency specializing in services for victims of domestic violence and rape/sexual assault.
Ms. Bennington is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association and the Greensboro Bar Association.
